Located on the second floor of the club is PAC's dedicated spinning room which is equipped with Keiser spin cycles.
With over 1,500 sq/ft. of free weights, this popular area is never too crowded, even during prime hours. Our fitness staff is happy to offer safety suggestions and proper technique.
Poulsbo Athletic has two spacious open rooms on the second floor in which 60+ classes are hosted each week, including sports conditioning, aquatic fitness, Yoga, Silver Sneakers, and various aerobic classes.
