For total health, fitness and wellness, The Poulsbo Athletic Club offers a variety of amenities and services.

OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK: The Poulsbo Athletic Club is open Monday through Friday from 5:00am until 10:00pm, and on Saturday 7:30am to 5:30 pm and Sunday from 8:00am until 2:00pm. Special holiday hours may apply.

OVER 1,500 SQUARE FEET OF FREE WEIGHTS: During prime hours, even this popular area is never too crowded.  Our fitness staff is happy to offer safety suggestions and proper technique.

FITNESS CLASSES: As a part of our full-service health club, we offer over 60 fitness classes per week - Sports Conditioning, aquatic fitness, Yoga, Silver Sneakers, and various aerobic classes.

MASSAGE THERAPY:  We offer the services of highly skilled massage therapists to meet your individual needs.

CARDIOVASCULAR EQUIPMENT: Elliptical trainers, stair climbers, bicycles, treadmills, Reebok cycling, and rowing machines are some of the equipment you will find in the cardiovascular areas. Enjoy our Broadcast Entertainment System while you work out.

PERSONAL TRAINERS: We encourage you to schedule a personal training session or a series of sessions with one of our in-house, certified personal trainers. If you are unfamiliar with our weights and fitness equipment or simply have never developed a program that's right for you, let our staff create a plan that you will enjoy and stick with.

PHYSICAL THERAPY: The perfect compliment to enhance your well-being, right upstairs on the mezzanine level of the Club (elevator available).. Certified Physical Therapist Wade Zinn and his team of experts are on staff to assist you in all your needs.
